Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. Our project team manages projects from start to end, and is responsible for the successful completion of all projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent organizational skills, and be able to manage a wide range of stakeholders from clients to internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of assigned projects; including scope, timeline, budget, resources, and quality control
• Develop project plans in line with expectations of the client or stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and resource requirements to ensure cost efficiency
• Ensure that deliverables are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Monitor progress against milestones or deadlines throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Maintain documentation on progress such as reports or presentations
• Liaise with clients; build strong relationships with them to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify potential risks and develop solutions for them during project execution

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management in a similar role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Experience working with cross-functional teams from different backgrounds
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills; able to identify risks and develop solutions quickly
