Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1600 AED/Month

Overview:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service and leadership skills, and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant setting. The role requires someone with the ability to manage staff, create productive plans of action and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the restaurant provides high quality customer service at all times
• Manage staff performance and ensure they are meeting expectations
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing ordering and inventory management of food supplies
• Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and revenue growth
• Analyze financial data to make informed decisions about budgeting and cost control
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve any complaints promptly
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Restaurant Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate staff to achieve desired results
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
