We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a busy restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure customers receive the highest quality of service. The salary offered for this role is 1700 AED per month and we are open to considering an immigrant from another country.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant management, or a related field
• A hospitality diploma or equivalent degree
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• An eye for detail and ability to think on their feet when needed
• Well organised with the capability to work independently or as part of a team.


As Restaurant Manager, your main duties will include:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling staff shifts, resolving customer complaints and ordering supplies as needed
• Ensuring all staff are properly trained in health & safety protocols as well as customer service standards
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant
• Monitoring stock levels at all times and reporting any discrepancies immediately
• Developing strategies to increase customer base by ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

The successful candidate should also demonstrate a wide range of key skills including:
• Outstanding leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate staff members
• Good financial management skills with knowledge of budgeting processes
• Problem solving abilities with the capacity to think quickly and provide creative solutions when needed
• Comprehensive knowledge about food safety regulations & compliance with local laws
