Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a popular restaurant in Dubai. This position offers a salary of 1700 and is open to immigrants.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Restaurant Manager
• Proven ability to lead and motivate staff
• Highly organized with excellent customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations
• Experience creating attractive menus that meet customer needs and budgets
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints professionally
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, menu planning, budgeting, and customer relations.
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction, boost sales, and maximize profits.
• Monitor inventory levels regularly and order necessary supplies.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to in the restaurant.
• Train new staff on policies & procedures, as well as customer service standards.
