Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our team in Doha. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 and is open to immigrants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen, including menu planning, preparation and presentation of dishes, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing new recipes and menus while maintaining traditional flavors and dishes
• Overseeing the food ordering process to ensure fresh ingredients are used in all dishes
• Directing a team of cooks to ensure dishes are prepared correctly
• Ensuring that all kitchen staff follows safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
• Maintaining kitchen equipment, tools, and supplies in clean working condition
• Assisting with budgeting to ensure that costs remain within budget limits

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen setting • Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail
• Outstanding organizational skills
