Job Description:
We are looking for a professional, dynamic Cashier to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a good understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
• Greet customers when they arrive and answer their queries.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using cash registers or other point of sale systems.
• Handle returns and refunds in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and there is sufficient change.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers.
• Make sure prices are correctly marked on items for sale.
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards or automatic debits.
• Bag items carefully according to customer needs.
• Answer customers' complaints in a professional manner.
• Keep records of transactions and balance daily financial reports.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in accounting or business administration would be an advantage
• Experience working as a Cashier in retail stores is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Good organizational skills
