We are looking for a qualified Optometrist to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining patients’ eyes, diagnosing vision problems and diseases, prescribing eyeglasses or contact lenses, and recommending vision therapy or other treatement plans.

The job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: giving comprehensive eye exams using advanced diagnostic equipment; prescribing corrective eyewear; identifying vision problems; diagnosing ocular diseases; educating patients on proper eye care; providing patients with advice on how to protect their vision; referring patients to other medical specialists when necessary; keeping detailed patient records.

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications and requirements: a degree in optometry from an accredited university; at least 5 years of experience in a similar role; excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage); strong problem-solving skills; ability to build relationships with patients of all ages and backgrounds. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position. The salary is 1100 per month.
