The successful candidate will be responsible for operating an excavator to construct and maintain roads, structures, and other projects. 5. Responsibilities:
• Operate an excavator to construct and maintain roads, structures, and other projects
• Follow safety protocols while operating the machine
• Complete pre-operation inspections of the machine
• Follow instructions from supervisors on the job site
• Load and unload materials from the excavator as needed
• Perform maintenance tasks on the machine as needed
6. Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed
• Basic understanding of construction techniques and principles
• Willingness to learn how to operate an excavator safely and efficiently
• Ability to work in a team environment
