Optometrist Job Position in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Optometrist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive vision care services to patients of all ages, including eye examinations, contact lens fittings, and the detection and management of vision problems. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of optometric equipment and procedures, as well as a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive eye examinations using advanced testing equipment and techniques
• Diagnose vision problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and presbyopia
• Prescribe eyeglass lenses or contact lenses to correct vision problems
• Evaluate patients' overall health and detect diseases that affect the eyes
• Educate patients about proper eye care techniques and treatments
• Create treatment plans for long term care of vision problems or ocular disease management
• Keep accurate patient records
• Provide follow-up treatment or referrals to specialist physicians when appropriate

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Optometry or related field
• Current professional certification from an accredited optometry board
• At least 5 years of experience providing optometric services
• Knowledgeable in both adult and pediatric vision care treatments and procedures
• Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport with patients

Salary: 1100 KD per month. We are ready to consider foreign applicants who meet the above criteria.
