We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing customers with exceptional drinks and service. We seek an ambitious professional eager to learn new methods and techniques that will allow them to elevate their performance and exceed our customers' expectations.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. You will need to be able to take orders, prepare coffee drinks according to established recipes, maintain cleanliness standards, operate equipment, greet customers, process payments and ensure satisfaction of all customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and has the skillset required to make perfect coffee drinks consistently.

To qualify for this role, you must have prior experience as a Barista in a professional environment as well as knowledge of espresso machines and brewing equipment as well as food safety standards. You must also possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. An understanding of different ingredients used in coffee making would be beneficial too.
