We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to make a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, while providing outstanding customer service. They should also have a passion for coffee and knowledge of all brewing techniques.

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year experience in a similar role. They must be able to work well under pressure and take initiative when needed. The Barista must be comfortable working with cash and taking orders from customers, as well as knowing the inventory that is available in the store. Furthermore, they should be able to multitask, work well independently, and have strong organizational skills.

The Barista will be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience in the store by preparing drinks with accuracy and speed, while maintaining a sanitary work environment. They will also need to greet customers warmly, answer their questions about food items or beverages on offer, suggest items to them where appropriate, upsell when possible, handle payments correctly and provide change where necessary. Additionally, they must ensure that all orders are completed accurately and on time.
