Job Title: Pastry Chef

Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 1500 AED per month

Description:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of high quality pastries and desserts, as well as providing excellent customer service. You will also fulfill all duties related to preparing, cooking, and serving a variety of cakes, cookies, and other desserts.

Requirements:
• Experience in pastry making is preferred but not required; we are willing to consider applications from candidates who are new to the industry.
• Knowledge of advanced baking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.
• Creative flair for producing eye-catching pastries and desserts.
• Ability to maintain a clean work environment in accordance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare pastries according to recipes or customer specifications.
• Create original pastry designs for special orders or occasions.
• Create new recipes for cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, etc., that meet customer demands. • Ensure that all dishes are cooked properly and served on time. • Ensure that all ingredients used are fresh and of good quality. • Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed. • Follow all safety procedures when handling food items or equipment in the kitchen area. • Maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times.
