Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month. We are open to considering applications from foreign nationals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and directing the sales department, developing sales strategies and achieving company objectives. The Sales Manager must have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase customer base, revenue, and profitability
• Prepare and manage budgets for the sales department
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies
• Monitor competitor activity and develop plans in response
• Train, motivate, and evaluate performance of the sales team
• Liaise with other departments such as marketing, finance, IT, operations, logistics etc. to drive growth
• Maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Marketing
• Proven track record of success in sales management positions within a similar industry
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally in English (additional languages are desirable)
• Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
