Account Assistant

We are seeking a highly capable and versatile professional to join our Company as an Account Assistant cum HR. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Accounts Department and HR Department The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently handle both tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of Proven experience as an Account Assistant

• Knowledge of accounting software.

• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data analysis.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of computer applications, particularly being very professional in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

• Must be a College graduate.
