Bartender - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bartender to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a fun and enjoyable bar atmosphere. You should also be able to prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Job Description:
• Greet guests upon their arrival at the bar or restaurant.
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
• Assess customer’s preferences in order to suggest appropriate items from the menu.
• Provide guests with information about our food menu items, beverages, promotions, etc.
• Monitor guest’s consumption of alcohol making sure it does not exceed legal limits. • Ensure that all bar equipment is clean and well maintained at all times. • Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift as needed. • Follow all health safety regulations when handling food or beverages. • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout shift as needed. • Stock ice, glassware, beer or other supplies necessary to ensure smooth service operations during peak periods..

Requirements: • Must have a minimum 1 year experience working as a bartender in a hotel/restaurant/bar setting; however we are willing to consider applicants without prior experience if they possess a strong desire to learn quickly • Must be able to speak English fluently • Must have excellent knowledge about alcohol types, cocktails and other beverages • Should possess strong customer service skills • Should have basic knowledge about food handling regulations • Should possess basic math skills • Should be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends & holidays
