We are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and a commitment to quality.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of staff in our store. This includes providing guidance, delegating tasks, setting deadlines and ensuring targets are met. You should be able to troubleshoot any customer or staff issues accurately and efficiently. We also expect you to analyse customer feedback and design improved processes.

The ideal candidate must have excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate their team to reach their highest potential. We require strong communication skills as you will need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, other supervisors, and senior management. Additionally, you must have a good understanding of budgeting and financial planning within the store environment.
