We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position will involve managing the human resources department of our organization, overseeing all aspects of recruitment, employee development, and personnel management.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in managing similar roles and be knowledgeable in the UAE labor law. The successful candidate should be a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. They should also be comfortable working in a multicultural environment with people from different backgrounds.

The primary responsibilities of this role include leading recruitment activities, developing employee training and development programs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, preparing periodic reports for management review, as well as developing effective policies and procedures for staff engagement. Additionally, the HR Manager will provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members while liaising with external organizations on behalf of the company.
