We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a track record of success in managing a Human Resources Department, as well as the ability to work with all levels of staff.

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities for the company, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and legal compliance. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years' experience in Human Resources Management
• Experience managing HR teams
• Proven track record of successful recruitment processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to implement innovative HR strategies and policies
• Proactive problem solver with excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
