We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the human resources activities of our organization. The position is open to immigrants.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of HR functions. They should also have an understanding of current labor laws and be able to effectively manage recruitment and selection processes.

The primary duties of the HR Manager include developing and implementing Human Resources policies, overseeing the recruitment and selection process, managing employee performance, providing guidance on employee relations issues, developing training programs, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in an HR role as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. A Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred but not required.
