HR manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee and labor relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and performance management. The successful candidate must have the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to operational problems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not mandatory. Previous work experience in a similar role is also beneficial but not essential. This position offers a salary of 1600 per month with the possibility of advancement. We are also open to considering foreign candidates who meet the job requirements.

The primary duties of this role will include: developing effective recruitment strategies to ensure that qualified candidates are hired; administering benefit programs; developing effective employee training and development programs; handling employee disputes; managing payroll; ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations; providing advice on personnel policy issues; creating job descriptions; analyzing job roles to set salary ranges; maintaining accurate personnel records; providing guidance on disciplinary actions when needed. Additionally, this role also requires providing regular reports to executive management on various HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment costs, etc.

The successful candidate must be able to effectively manage multiple projects while providing excellent customer service at all times. This individual should possess excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically while working collaboratively with other departments.
