Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operations within the restaurant, streamlining processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Duties & Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including developing menus, ordering supplies and equipment, managing staff performance, settling disputes between customers and staff members as well as handling customer complaints. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager should strive to improve customer experience by actively seeking out feedback from customers and suggesting new ideas or promotions. They will also need to create weekly schedules for their staff members based on expected business levels and ensure that health and safety standards are met at all times.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience managing a restaurant or hospitality environment. They must also demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers as well as lead staff members in providing exceptional service. Moreover, they must possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment while adhering to budgetary guidelines set by management. Previous experience working with international clientele is preferred but not required.
