We are looking for a talented and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience, be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills, and have an excellent command of the English language. This position comes with a salary of 1600. We are also open to considering immigrants for this role.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the staff, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of customer service. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, be able to think quickly on their feet, solve problems, delegate tasks effectively, and adhere to company policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for overseeing inventory control, scheduling staff shifts, monitoring food safety standards, budgeting efficiently, developing marketing strategies for the restaurant, managing relationships with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring that health code regulations are met.
