We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for someone with minimal work experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, motivating staff, and creating an atmosphere that encourages repeat business.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to effectively manage staff.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing and executing strategies to increase sales
• Overseeing customer service standards
• Managing staff schedules and training new hires
• Maintaining food quality standards & health & safety regulations
• Developing promotional activities & events
• Analysing financial data & financial reports.
