We are looking to hire a Security Manager for our office in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should be able to manage the security operations of the organization, and ensure that it meets all applicable security standards.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive security plan for the facility;
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and other safety measures;
• Oversee the recruitment and training of personnel assigned to the security department;
• Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and personnel;
• Investigate incidents or breaches in security protocol;
• Liaise with local law enforcement agencies when necessary;
• Maintain updated records of all personnel with access to the facility;
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field;
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role; • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations; • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.); • Excellent organizational skills.
