Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting interior and exterior residential and commercial buildings. This position requires a high level of skill, accuracy, and attention to detail. Our ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills who is able to work independently or as part of a larger team.

Responsibilities
-Preparation of surfaces for painting including sanding, filling of holes and cracks, cleaning, and caulking
-Mixing paints to match colors and textures
-Applying paints using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
-Maintaining cleanliness of painting tools and equipment
-Caring for customer furnishings/belongings while on the job site
-Maintaining accurate records of materials used on each job
-Painting according to safety requirements, standards, and practices
-Maintaining a positive attitude towards customers at all times

Qualifications & Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of experience in painting residential and commercial buildings
-Ability to read blueprints/drawings accurately
-Strong knowledge of different types of paint products
-Excellent eye for detail
-Ability to work in tight spaces with limited access
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (23 kg)

Salary & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 per month. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.
