Librarian vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for an experienced Librarian to join our library in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to handle a variety of tasks related to library operations, including cataloging, shelving books and materials, and assisting patrons with locating resources.

The position is full-time with a salary of 1600 AED. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this role if they meet the job requirements listed below. No experience is necessary; however, knowledge of library systems, procedures, and related software would be beneficial.

To be successful in this role you must:
• Have excellent organizational and communication skills
• Be able to work independently while maintaining accuracy
• Possess knowledge of library systems, procedures, and related software
• Have the ability to work evenings and weekends when needed
• Have the ability to troubleshoot computer hardware/software issues
• Be knowledgeable in using internet applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
