Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing strategies and plans to achieve objectives, managing budgets and resources, ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures, and handling customer inquiries & complaints. They will also be accountable for the performance of their team members and must ensure that they adhere to the set standards of performance.

Requirements:
At least 5 years' experience in a managerial role in a related field; Excellent communication skills; Proven ability to lead teams effectively; Good organizational skills; A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; A valid work permit (for non-citizens).
