Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and selecting qualified candidates for positions at our organization. The Recruiter should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with all levels of staff. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess a good understanding of the local job market and the ability to assess candidates’ skills accurately.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least one year of recruitment experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred
• We are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience.
