Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Mason to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the construction and repair of brick, block, stone, and other masonry structures. This position requires minimal work experience and offers a competitive salary of 1700 AED/month.

The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret blueprints as well as have the ability to work independently or in teams. Additionally, they must possess excellent problem-solving skills and pay attention to detail. The successful candidate will also be able to differentiate between various types of masonry materials and be knowledgeable about the requirements of different materials during construction or repair processes.

Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints for construction or repair projects
• Cut stones or bricks using power saws or hand cutters
• Lay bricks, blocks, tiles, or stone accurately
• Mix mortar using a trowel or paddle mixer
• Smooth out mortar joints using trowels and other tools
• Fill wall joints with grout or cement in order to waterproof structures
• Assemble scaffolding equipment for higher projects
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during all construction activities

Qualifications/Skills:
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum 1 year of masonry experience preferred but not required • Strong knowledge of various types of masonry materials and techniques • Ability to read schematics and diagrams • Excellent communication skills • Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds • Able to stand for extended periods of time • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
