Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies that will drive sales growth, overseeing customer relations and account management, and ensuring that the sales targets are met. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales management, an ability to analyze data trends, and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of sales representatives in order to meet sales targets
• Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
• Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage customer accounts and relations by providing excellent customer service
• Monitor competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities or threats
• Develop presentations and proposals for potential customers
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding the sale of goods or services
• Provide on-the-job training for new hires or existing staff


Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role • Proven track record in sales management • Ability to analyze data trends • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Strong organizational skills • Previous experience with international markets preferred but not required Salary 1000AED
