Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position will be responsible for overseeing the construction projects from planning to completion, in accordance with project specifications and budget. The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of construction industry regulations and standards, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the entire construction process from planning to completion
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, stakeholders, etc.
• Develop cost-effective strategies for managing construction projects within budget
• Monitor progress of projects to ensure compliance with timeline requirements
• Prepare reports on project progress, budget tracking, etc.
• Follow safety regulations at all times
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field or equivalent experience
• Previous experience as a Construction Manager is preferred, although we are willing to consider candidates with no prior experience
• Excellent knowledge of building techniques and technologies
• Strong understanding of project management principles and processes
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately Salary: 1300/month
