We are looking for an experienced and passionate Librarian to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the development of our library by providing comprehensive assistance to patrons, organizing books and other materials, maintaining library records and ordering new materials as needed.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, good communication skills, strong attention to detail, customer service orientation and proficiency in the use of computers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: responding to inquiries from library patrons; supervising circulation of books and other materials; cataloguing books and other materials; managing library collections; maintaining library records; arranging for the repair of damaged or lost books; ordering new materials as needed; assisting with computer-related tasks such as setting up databases and conducting online research; and developing educational programs for patrons.
