Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and professional Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented and able to multi-task. We are ready to consider a foreign candidate with no experience for this position, with a salary of 1600.

The Secretary’s duties include but are not limited to:
• Greeting visitors and providing them with assistance;
• Answering and routing telephone calls;
• Taking phone messages and passing them on to the relevant staff;
• Scheduling appointments with clients;
• Filing documents accurately;
• Managing incoming mail, including emails;
• Overseeing the office’s administrative activities;
• Assisting other departments with administrative tasks, as necessary.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be well organized and possess excellent time management skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
