Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and ensuring that tasks are completed to the highest standards.

We are offering an attractive salary of 1100. We are willing to consider applications from foreign candidates with minimal work experience.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. A working knowledge of relevant safety regulations is also essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising staff and monitoring performance
• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring tasks are completed on time and in accordance with company policies
• Scheduling work shifts, assigning tasks, and providing instruction/guidance to employees
• Setting goals, evaluating employee performance, and providing feedback
• Identifying areas for improvement in the day-to-day operations of the company
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints or requests in a timely manner
• Maintaining up-to-date records of stock levels, sales, orders, invoices, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Excellent organizational skills and time management ability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A working knowledge of relevant safety regulations
