We are looking for a Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the business and will work closely with senior members of staff.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong leadership, communication and organizational skills. They should be highly motivated, have excellent problem solving skills and be able to work under pressure. Additionally, they should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and have a sound understanding of business processes. Knowledge of financial management systems is also highly desirable.

The successful applicant must possess excellent interpersonal skills enabling them to create strong relationships with colleagues at all levels, and maintain good customer relationships. They should also demonstrate an ability to manage competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines. The Business Manager will need to be able to lead and motivate their team whilst keeping an effective balance between operational efficiency and quality standards.
