Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: 1100 QAR/Month

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff activities and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role in the hospitality or service industry. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to establish effective working relationships with staff, management, customers, and suppliers. A Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.

The Supervisor will be tasked with monitoring staff performance on the job site, providing guidance when needed, and addressing any issues that arise. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining quality control standards, ensuring safety regulations are adhered to, resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally, and managing staff scheduling.
