Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1500 SAR/month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field surveys and measurements to identify landmarks and boundaries to determine the exact location of property lines. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing survey evidence and making calculations in order to determine the shape and contour of the land.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in land surveying and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have a good knowledge of relevant software programs. A valid surveyor's license is also required. We are open to considering a foreign applicant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting field surveys, measurements, and inspections to identify landmarks and boundaries
• Analyzing survey evidence, aerial photographs, maps, reports and other documents
• Making calculations in order to determine the shape and contour of land
• Preparing legal descriptions of property lines for use in deeds or other documents
• Assisting with the development of construction plans with civil engineers
• Preparing sketches or diagrams that indicate measurements or features on land

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication ability both verbal and written
• Must possess valid Land Surveyors License
