Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1000 SR per month

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Land Surveyor to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in land surveying and knowledge of land laws, regulations and procedures.

The main responsibilities of the Land Surveyor include planning, conducting and completing surveys of a variety of properties; interpreting aerial photographs; preparing legal descriptions and other related documents; using mapping, GPS and other technology to accurately measure distances between points on the land; determining boundaries and plotting survey results on maps; recommending solutions to property boundary disputes; providing technical assistance to clients on land issues.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills as well as knowledge of computer-aided drafting software (CAD) such as AutoCAD or MicroStation. He/She will also need a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel related to work. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
