Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and quality coffee drinks. They will also be expected to maintain a clean workspace, follow health and safety regulations, and ensure that all products are properly stored and handled.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare espresso-based drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, mochas etc.
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment
• Follow proper sanitation practices
• Handle cash transactions with customers
• Maintain the cleanliness of the workspace
• Follow health and safety standards when preparing drinks
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of coffee beverages and preparation techniques
• Understanding of customer service principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
• Availability to work various shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays if necessary
