Restaurant Manager job vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant business, preferably with a similar managerial role. They should also have a Bachelor's (or higher) degree in hospitality or business management, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

The Restaurant Manager's daily tasks will include overseeing the restaurant’s operations, directing staff activities while ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff schedules, coordinating menus and pricing as well as developing marketing strategies. They must also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and perform quality control checks on food preparation.

The successful candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, take initiative when needed and respond quickly to customer needs. They must also be able to manage their time efficiently and remain up-to-date with industry trends.
