We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing a restaurant at a high level, with excellent customer service skills. We expect the successful candidate to have strong leadership qualities, as well as the ability to motivate and manage staff efficiently.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This includes developing menus and creating new recipes, setting and monitoring budgets, organizing promotional events, ensuring food quality standards are met, and organizing staff shifts. The role also requires excellent customer service skills to ensure that customers have a pleasant experience when dining in the restaurant.

The successful candidate should be able to develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability, while maintaining quality standards and keeping costs low. The Restaurant Manager should also be able to train staff on proper customer service skills and ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed.

We offer a salary of 1500 AED per month for this position, with the possibility of further growth opportunities within our organization. We are also willing to consider immigrant candidates who meet our criteria.
