Job Description:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire restaurant operations. You will oversee staff, coordinate schedules, manage customer service, handle financial tasks, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will also be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and profits by reaching or exceeding sales goals.

Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the restaurant industry and excellent customer service skills. You should have excellent organizational skills with strong problem-solving abilities. You should have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate your staff to work together as a team. A Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business administration is preferred but not required.
