We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Dubai. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a vibrant city.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial profitability. Duties include menu planning, overseeing staff and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, management experience in a restaurant environment, knowledge of food safety standards, and an eye for detail.

The successful candidate will also be expected to manage staff rosters and ensure efficient use of resources. They must be able to maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant, as well as take responsibility for stock control and ordering procedures. The ability to handle customer complaints is essential.
