Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 1500 AED per month.

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the hospitality industry, be organized and able to manage a diverse staff. You must be able to develop and execute strategies to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, while meeting financial objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards
- Supervise and motivate staff members including hiring, training and scheduling
- Analyze customer feedback and suggestions to improve service quality
- Handle customer complaints professionally in a timely manner
- Develop promotional campaigns to attract new customers
- Develop marketing plans and track ROI on marketing efforts
- Manage budgets and track expenses for the restaurant
- Monitor sales performance of staff members on a daily basis

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry
- In depth knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards - Excellent organizational, leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills - Strong decision making ability with good understanding of financial targets - Ability to work in a fast paced environment as part of a team - High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred - Immigrants are welcome to apply.
