Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Teacher to join our team in Sharjah. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to our students in the classroom. You will be required to design and implement engaging curriculum, plan lessons, and assess student performance. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an in-depth knowledge of the subject they teach.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare lesson plans and materials for teaching, including syllabi, tests, assignments, quizzes, and other educational material
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students in the learning process
• Incorporate technology into the classroom instruction to create an engaging learning environment
• Assess students’ performance and progress during the course of instruction
• Monitor student attendance records and provide guidance on effective classroom management techniques
• Encourage critical thinking skills among students by promoting active participation in class discussions
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to develop effective strategies for student success
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress or any issues that may arise

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Minimum two years of experience as a Teacher or similar role
• Ability to design creative lesson plans that meet national curriculum standards
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and school administrators
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications (MS Office)

Salary & Benefits
This position offers a salary of 1600 AED per month. In addition we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical insurance coverage and paid vacation days. We are also willing to consider immigrants who meet all requirements for this role.
