Job Opening: Florist

We are looking for a talented and experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful floral designs and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Create stunning custom floral arrangements for clients based on their requests and preferences
• Maintain a high level of quality control when selecting flowers
• Ensure the proper care of flowers in order to extend their life
• Provide excellent customer service, including customer education and problem-solving
• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and developing long-term loyalty
• Track inventory of flower stock, supplies, and tools
• Receive shipments of flowers from suppliers, ensuring that they meet expectations
• Remain current on trends in the floral industry and adapt designs accordingly

Qualifications:
• Extensive experience as a florist (at least 2 years)
• Exceptional knowledge of flower types, seasonality, design techniques, and care instructions
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while still meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with customers as well as fellow team members

Salary: 1700 KD/month. We are ready to consider foreigners for this position.
