Job Title: Merchandiser

Salary: 1500 AED

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in merchandising and be able to ensure that products are displayed effectively, attractively, and accurately. The Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, creating a positive shopping experience, and increasing sales.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Design product displays in the store to make them attractive to customers.
• Ensure that the store is fully stocked with merchandise at all times.
• Monitor stock levels on a daily basis and take action to replenish as needed.
• Help with ordering new products and managing inventory.
• Provide feedback on customer requests or complaints related to merchandising activities.
• Monitor sales trends and adjust product displays accordingly.
• Assist with promotional activities such as window displays or special events.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store according to company standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Previous experience in merchandising or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 30 lbs is necessary for this role.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time while working on product displays or stocking shelves.
