Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing high-quality coffee beverages. This position offers a salary of 1400 and is open to foreigners.

Job Duties:
As a Barista, you will be expected to provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all customers who visit the café. You will be responsible for greeting customers as they enter, taking orders, operating coffee-making equipment, grinding beans, brewing coffee, preparing drinks according to recipe standards, cleaning work surfaces, stocking shelves with supplies, and ensuring all customer needs are met. Additionally, you may be required to assist in creating marketing materials or other promotional activities related to the café business.

Qualifications and Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar position in the hospitality sector. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively when faced with busy periods. A passion for delivering great customer service is essential as well as knowledge of coffee beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos and macchiatos.You should also be flexible with work hours as evenings and weekends may be required depending on business needs. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of food hygiene regulations applicable in the region.
