Position Title: Waiter
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 900 KWD per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle customers with professionalism and a great attitude. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, delivering outstanding service to customers, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Waiter in a similar position
• Excellent customer service skills with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Immigrant status is welcome
• Fluency in the English language is required
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage but not essential

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival and take orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks quickly while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Ensure that all tables are clean and organized at all times.
• Address any issues or complaints from customers promptly and efficiently.
• Follow health and safety regulations when handling food items.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, special offers, promotions, payment methods, etc. • Assist other staff members when needed.
