Mechanical Engineer - Umm-al-Qaiwain

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful applicant will be responsible for the design, analysis, and development of mechanical systems.

The Mechanical Engineer will be expected to:
• Develop and test technical designs and prototypes
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications of mechanical components and systems
• Monitor the performance of mechanical systems throughout their life cycle
• Troubleshoot existing designs and develop solutions to improve efficiency
• Identify potential safety hazards and develop plans to prevent them
• Investigate customer complaints related to mechanical systems
• Collaborate with other departments on projects related to new product development or process improvement.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols related to mechanical engineering
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think creatively in order to find solutions quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
